      In this role, you will serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

      A Sales Specialist is responsible for communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
      • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
      • Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met.
      • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
      • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
      • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
      • Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints.
      • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
      • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
      • Coordinating the sales team and training new team members.
      • Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.
      • Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
      • Managing a network of vendors and suppliers.
      • Keeping up-to-date with advancements in marketing.
