Sales and Receivable Section- Responsible in handling the reporting, monitoring and recording of sales and receivanles and retention of accountable forms of related activities.
Costing and Importation Section- Responsible in monitoring and handling the validation of company's importation from payment requests up to shipments.
Responsible in handling the payments processing of company's expenditures and retention of accountable forms of related activities.
Responsible for performing accounting tasks related to Sales and A/R.
Assist the Accounting Supervisor in the timely preparation of the monthly financial and accounting reports.

Job Responsibilities
To reconcile, process, and handle all transactions related to Association Dues and Real Property Tax in various real estate projects.
Responsible to relay financial information as well as ensure understanding of various financial reports in different projects.
Handles financial transactions into internal databases (eg. SAP)
Preparation of sales/ cost of sales and related project reports and schedules
